Affiliate & Referral Policy

Poisely runs two ways to share the product and be rewarded: a referral program for everyday users, and a partner (affiliate) program for creators, communities, and other promoters. This policy explains how each works and the rules that apply. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms and Privacy Policy.

1. Referral program (invite a friend)

Every signed-in account has a personal referral link, found under Invite friends · earn credits in the account menu. You may share it with people you genuinely know.

• How a reward is earned. When a new user signs up through your link and completes their first paid purchase (any plan or credit pack), both you and the new user receive one free interview credit. A free trial alone does not earn a reward, the referred person must make a plan or buy credits.
• One referrer per account. A new account can be attributed to only one referrer, set when the account is created via a referral link.
• No self-referral. You may not refer yourself or create accounts to claim rewards. Referrals must be real, separate people.
• What a credit is. One interview credit unlocks a single full interview (a 24-hour, up to 90-minute resumable pass) with all Max features. Credits do not expire and have no cash value; they cannot be exchanged for money.
• No cap, within reason. There is no fixed limit on how many friends you can refer, but rewards are for genuine word-of-mouth sharing, not bulk or incentivised distribution.

2. Partner / affiliate program

Partners are creators, communities, coaches, newsletters, and similar promoters. You apply, we approve you, and you get a personal code and a share link. These are the real, published terms, not "to be agreed later".

• 15% recurring commission, for life. You earn 15% of the revenue we collect from every customer you bring, on their first payment and on every purchase they ever make afterwards, for as long as they use Poisely. Recurring, not one-time, and it never expires.
• The customer is mapped to you, permanently. Once a customer is attributed to you (the first partner they came through), they stay yours for the life of their account. Every plan, renewal, upgrade, and credit pack they ever buy earns you commission, with no time limit and no cap. Attribution is for new customers only: someone who has already made a purchase before cannot be newly attributed to a partner.
• 20% off for your audience. Your link or code gives a new customer 20% off their first plan or credit purchase at checkout. The discount is on the first purchase; your 15% commission keeps paying on everything they buy after.
• You're credited even without the code. Signing up through your link is enough. From that moment the customer is fixed to you permanently, so whenever they pay you are credited, whether or not they ever type your code, whichever device or app they pay from, and even if they later apply a different partner's code at checkout. If someone clicks your link but does not sign up right away, their browser remembers your code for 60 days, and the discount applies automatically at checkout when they buy.
• Real-time dashboard. Sign in at poisely.co/partner with your partner email to see your customers, revenue, commission earned, and payout history, updated as payments come in. Nothing hidden, nothing "calculated later".
• Payouts. Paid on demand, not on a set schedule: request a payout any time your available balance passes $20. Paid in stablecoin (USDT on BEP20 or USDC on Solana) to a wallet you provide, anywhere in the world. In Nigeria you can take it as a Naira bank transfer instead, straight to your account. You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address, and for any taxes on what you earn.
• Free Pro while you're active. In any month you bring 5 or more paid customers, we cover your own Poisely Pro plan for that month, on top of your commission.
• Promote honestly. The cleanest, best-converting angles are the free mock-interview practice, the real-time interview help, and the no-bot meeting notes. Do not spam, run misleading ads, impersonate Poisely, bid on our brand terms in paid search, or make false claims about results. Buying through your own code does not earn commission.

3. Clawbacks and changes

Commission is only reversed for payments that are later refunded or charged back, or for fraud, fake accounts, or self-dealing. We may suspend or remove anyone who breaches this policy or our Terms. If we ever change the standard commission rate, we will give at least 30 days' notice, and you keep your rate on customers you are already earning on. Changes never claw back commission you have already earned.
