Every account includes a free trial so you can evaluate Poisely in full before paying anything. Because you can try the Service before you buy, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. You can cancel at any time from your account, cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds.
Cryptocurrency payments are prepaid for a fixed term and are non-refundable, as crypto transactions cannot be reversed.
If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, email support@poisely.co from your account email and we will look into it. Correcting a genuine billing mistake is not a refund of a valid purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived. Card payments are handled by our payment processors (Paystack and Flutterwave), which may resolve billing disputes under their own terms.
