This policy explains what data Poisely ("we", "us") collects and how we use it.
Poisely has two distinct modes, and they handle your content differently.
Interviews are not stored. In interview mode, captured audio is transcribed and your suggested answer is generated in real time, and none of it is kept on our servers after the session. There is no interview transcript saved to your account.
Meetings are stored only when you save them. You are in control: nothing from a meeting is kept unless you choose to save it. When you do, its transcript, summary and action items are kept on your account so you can reopen and search them across your devices, the same way other meeting-notes tools work. Max keeps an unlimited number of saved meetings; Pro keeps up to 100. We never delete your saved meetings for you. If a Pro account reaches 100, we simply ask you to delete some or upgrade to Max before saving more, so you never lose a note without choosing to. Any meeting is yours to delete at any time.
The profile you save while signed in is also stored on your account, and cached in your browser, so it follows you across devices; you can edit or clear it whenever you like. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our providers process it solely to deliver their part of the Service, under their own privacy terms.

If you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or download a free resource, we may send you occasional emails with interview tips and product updates. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect essential account, sign-in, or billing emails.
We keep your account and billing records for as long as your account exists and as required for tax and legal purposes. Saved meetings stay on your account until you delete them, and we never remove them automatically. Max includes unlimited saved meetings; Pro includes up to 100, and once you reach that limit we ask you to delete some or upgrade before saving more, so you never lose a note without choosing to. Interviews are not stored at all. You can delete any saved meeting inside the app, or ask us to delete your whole account and its data, at any time.
You can access, correct or delete your personal data. Saved meetings can be deleted directly in the app; to delete your account or make any other request, email support@poisely.co and we will action it within 30 days.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), HttpOnly secure session cookies, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
