This policy explains what data Poisely ("we", "us") collects and how we use it.
When you use the Service, captured audio is sent to our third-party AI processing providers for transcription, and your transcribed question plus the profile you provided are sent to generate a suggested answer. We do not sell your content. When you are signed in, the profile you save is stored on your account so it is available across your devices; it is also cached in your browser. You can edit or clear it at any time, or request deletion of your account and its data.
These providers process data only to deliver their part of the Service, under their own privacy terms.
If you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or download a free resource, we may send you occasional emails with interview tips and product updates. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect essential account, sign-in, or billing emails.
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account exists and as required for tax and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@poisely.co and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), HttpOnly secure session cookies, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
